Joy Munoz

I’m a business operations and administrative professional with broad experience across office management, executive support, HR-related tasks, payroll processing, recruitment coordination, and project administration. I excel at streamlining workflows, managing key processes, and delivering efficient, high-quality operational support.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Batangas, which is the basis of my strong knowledge in business and finance. I also have hands-on experience, and I continue to develop my skills through professional development so that I can remain adaptable and provide effective support in business operations.
In my free time, I take pleasure in helping out at children's villages, giving my support where it is needed and enjoying the impact that small gestures of kindness can have. I also like to experiment in baking, particularly with pastries, and this leads to creating comforting and creative items with simple ingredients pastime, a pastime that gives me refreshment, inquisitiveness, and a bit of sweetness to my daily routine.
